What data we process and why
When you send the yacht submission form, we receive your contact details, information about the vessel, the price or budget, the location, the description and any photos. We process them to assess the submission, contact you and take steps at your request before a contract is concluded. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
You do not need an account, and the form does not save the submission in your browser. Sending the form does not automatically publish a listing or conclude a contract.
Data recipients and storage
The form is passed on through FormSubmit — the service that handles the submission — and then reaches the e-mail address maciejbaniewicz@gmail.com. FormSubmit stores the content of the submission for 30 days; according to the service documentation, uploaded files are not kept in its archive. We keep the data in the mailbox only as long as it is needed to handle the submission, decide on next steps or defend against claims.
We do not sell personal data. We do not pass it on to other recipients unless it is necessary to carry out the steps agreed with you or required by law.
Photos and public data
Photos attached to the form serve only for the initial assessment of the submission. Your contact details are not public by default. Sharing a phone number, e-mail address or other contact details in a public presentation of the listing requires your separate, explicit consent.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object — to the extent provided for by the GDPR. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address given above.
Changes to the policy
If we change the way submissions are handled, we will update this page. The current date is given at the top of the policy.
