Charter and rental

Charter and rental: start from the right directory

Boat & Yard does not run its own fleet and does not broker bookings. This is an information section: choose the directory of yacht charter operators or the directory of smaller boat rentals, then compare offers directly at the source.

Step 01

Choosing a vessel

First decide on the crew, their experience, the route plan and the comfort you need on board. The type of vessel, the number of cabins and the equipment should follow from those decisions, not from the photos in the offer.

Step 02

Costs and formalities

Set the total budget before signing the contract: besides the vessel rate, check the deposit, compulsory fees, fuel, berthing, insurance, cancellation terms and the requirements for the skipper.

Step 03

Sailing areas and destinations

Compare sailing conditions, distances, seasonality and travel logistics against your crew's experience. The same type of vessel can work out quite differently in Masuria, the Adriatic or the Greek islands.

A directory, not a booking

Operators and platforms

Once you have chosen the dates and the waters, compare sources on the same terms. The directory leads to operators; it does not confirm availability, the contract, the deposit or the scope of fees. Confirm that information directly with the operator you choose.
